I strongly suggest that you not wait until the 24th to do it.  I'd
feel better it you chose the 17th.&nbsp; <br />Of course, if you want to
post PSA's, they need to be sent in 2 weeks in advance.&nbsp; Whoever is
in charge of doing PSA's better send them in today for an event on the
24th.&nbsp; Do we want to announce it on the community calendars?&nbsp; If
so, then the PSA's need to go out today.&nbsp; <br /><br />It would be to
our advantage if 30 people from the community showed up in support of our
handing in the petitions.&nbsp; But it will be fine if it is just
us.&nbsp; <br /><br />Carrie, I strongly suggest that as soon as you
bypass 5000, plan a workday for everyone to come to Ukiah, and hand in the
petitions, however many you have by that time.&nbsp; <strong>Alert the
press </strong>but don't expect them to come.&nbsp; <strong>Have our own
photographer</strong> there, to take a bunch of pics to use one in the
<strong>press release </strong>someone should already be writing.&nbsp;
Who is in charge of writing the press release?&nbsp; Ed? Who is in charge
of alerting the press of the big day when the petitions will be handed
in?&nbsp; As soon as you decide the date (hopefully sooner than 2 weeks
