<div dir="ltr"><div>The only problerm with the <a href="http://www.crnmc.org/" target="_blank">http://www.crnmc.org/</a> website is that it is a high speed connection, I think, with all those photos and videos. This could be a nightmare for citizens with a dialup connection, which I have heard is what a majority of Mendocino people have available to them. If that is the case, we need to have a low speed website with all the same information.<br>
