Not quite acurate. If you click on the link next to "community rights<br>
and fracking" on the home page of <a href="http://www.crnmc.org" target="_blank">www.crnmc.org</a> it will open a new window<br>
and play the very same video as the first one on the Videos tab of<br>
the <a href="http://www.crnofmc.org" target="_blank">www.crnofmc.org</a> site. Either site can have videos. Whether they<br>
play within the same page (embedded) or open another window on the youtube<br>
site is a simple design choice.<br>

Another factor may be, what additional features/functions do we want<br>
the web site to have. Can both platforms (Weebly? and Joomla) provide<br>
what we want? Can they both easily support multiple people adding content?<br>

Then the question no one has asked so far.<br>
Is it necessary that there only be one site?<br>
They could easily both have links to each other.<br>

If it has to be one, which ever one is fine by me.<br>
