</div><br></div>People will drop out and new ones will get added, that's the nature of a large group. However, I do think there are too many non-substantive emails that are unnecessary and clog up the system. It would be helpful if only substantive posts went up and ones that just
say, "good job" or "good idea" go directly to that person via email
