<div dir="ltr"><div><div>Hi,<br><br></div>There is "Water" in the title and then in the body it talks about air and soil damage- this is about more than water - it is, after all, a single issue ordinance and fracking is the issue, as we voted on at Democracy School, not water - the positive side of the title leads with "Community Rights". <br>
<br>A single-issue ordinances with "Ecosystems rights" as the single issue would be the time to emphasize this since the right of the ecosystem in our ordinance pertains only to fracking damage.<br><br></div>My two cents,<br>
