I have been having some misgivings about the notion that<br>

term way to look at our effort. This is a tremendous and<br>
very important effort, and it will cause the big guns at the<br>
fracking companies to throw their high-priced talent at us,<br>
with public relations, disinformation, and marketing tricks.<br>
We need to open the spigots, we need to allow the public to<br>
give to us, to support us, to get the best talent can hire<br>
to counteract that public relation stuff, that disinformation,<br>
and those marketing tricks. I suggest that we retain someone<br>
who has been through this before, like Prajna, and perhaps<br>
some other activist experts in marketing and public relations.<br>
In order to be able to pay for this type of support, we will<br>
need to be able to receive contributions far in excess of<br>
$1000. Let's not let our concern about a little paperwork<br>
prevent us from doing what's truly necessary to not only get<br>
this on the ballot, but get it passed in November.<br>

Let's be clear about who the treasurer is, and what their job<br>
will be, and I would be pleased to help define that role.<br>
Such paperwork would be submitted typically by the treasurer.<br>
<br>
In general, I believe it would be helpful if we identified<br>
a few other critical roles, such as media point person. This<br>
will help focus the work, and expedite communications.<br>
