Need to harp on this, I think, as a preventive tactic to keep <span style="" class="">fracking</span> out. Third party leases are the oil company's in, so what is a neighbor, neighborhood, community to do to protect itself. What legal action can the now <span style="" class="">uninsurable</span> take to protect themselves?<br> <br> Does a municipality have some kind of insurance that protects its community against harm and damages to its public works, infrastructure by private companies renting or leasing space in the community? Does the private company have insurance that will cover any damages it may cause to property, roads, etc? Seems to me that if the city, county is going to collect taxes, charge fees, money is exchanged a contract is involved and proof of insurance would, could, should be a condition that is necessary before any money exchanges hands and occupancy is allowed. And if no is the answer to these questions then why not seems the appropriate next question that needs an answer.<br> <br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:large"><span style="" class="">Fracking's</span> biggest selling point is all the jobs and revenue it will bring into a community.
