You may already fracking on private property already exists here in the US without permission – its all about the mineral rights under your property (property goes about 200 feet below ground. The courts have ruled that the mineral rights (which in CA are often already gone at the turn of the last century) are superior to property rights. <br>

2) A primer on fracking – these are slides I presented to an International Tribunal in Ecuador this year.
