      impressive because Butte is a very red county with a blue smudge
      in the middle called Chico (and 'old' Chico at that, not the newer
      outskirts.)&nbsp; So the rural landowners must have opposed fracking
      (the same ones who opposed the measure there in late 2004 to ban
      GMO's like we did earlier that year.)&nbsp; What a pleasant surprise!&nbsp;

                Democracy RULES in Butte County, where the BOS voted 4-1
                to ban fracking today! And the Chairman made it very
                clear that a vote on our proposed ban, indicating the
                will of the people, would be the only way to assure the
                ban stands. Exciting day!

                          Training in Fort Bragg). I&#8217;m happy to come up
                          to help, my only costs as you know are car

                          be good to do. It is time to create a media
                          strategy- including OpEds and other
                          &#8220;announcements&#8221; of your network, the ordinance

                          our Water water water &#8211; residents or someone

                          general, the recent McCutcheon case at SCOTUS,
